Fincap operates as a managed trading service where all client funds remain under the client’s own account for complete transparency and control. We do not collect or hold client deposits directly. Trading involves market risk, and while our team follows strict risk management strategies, profits may vary based on market conditions, and any losses are systematically managed and recovered within a three-month period.

Profit sharing occurs on a monthly basis under a 50/50 structure, and an exit fee of 5% applies only to early withdrawals before the profit cycle concludes.

By participating, clients acknowledge that trading carries inherent risks, and Fincap shall not be held liable for losses resulting from market fluctuations.
